Order Dispatch

DeeStitch orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days. Some products are made to order, it typically takes 4-7 working days to ship out the order.

Order Tracing

To track your order, you can login DeeStitch account and choose “My Account” to view your order details.

You will be intimated via massage or email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

Order Delivery in India

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 4-5 days for metro cities and 7-10 days for non-metro cities from the time we ship your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID or mobile. 

Please note: A 10 digit mobile number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our logistics partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.
